BH: Which is your favourite hotel in the whole world?
A: I’m going with The Line in Los Angeles because that’s where I first rolled around with my partner Mike, and the 50 Bowery Hotel in NYC because of the long weekend I spent there with my partner Ben.

BH: What's the naughtiest thing you've ever done in a hotel?
A: Once I left a dildo in the toilet tank of my hotel room’s bathroom because I didn’t feel like flying home with it in my carry-on; often I wonder if it’s still there

BH: Where is your dream holiday destination?
A: Mexico City, São Paulo, Seoul

BH: Full English or continental?
A: Any of the egg dishes at Byblos Le Petit Cafe in Montreal

BH: Who would you most like to share a hotel room with?
A: My partners Ben and Mike and an adjoining room with a certain friend

BH: What's your first choice from the mini-bar?
A: Now and then I’ll pay that absurd amount for a couple whisky shots. I also eat jerky until my jaw hurts.

BH: What do you love most about staying in hotels?
A: I love people who love to work in that particular industry and enjoy interacting with their guests. All the queers and allies. I also love a pool first in the morning

BH: If you could order anything from the BearHotel room service right now what would it be?
A: Someone could make a small fortune by turning Growlr into Growlr Eats. You pick the guy you want to deliver your order, he’s eaten half of it by the time he arrives, and you invite him into your room

BH: What do you wear to bed?
A: I sleep in the nude

BH: Firm or soft?
A: Firm across the board but I’m older now and I love a man whether he’s firm or soft

BH: Ever got off with a member of hotel staff?
A: Years back the day manager of Palm Springs hotel asked if he could make a key to my room and visit me later that night; I said yes!

A: I’ll always nip unscented lotions and soaps
